coded update's pay cycle. Do not submit short tour transactions
if the end tour date is beyond the High Date Paid.

3.  Input from field activities using Defense Milpay Office (DMO)
must be received at DFAS prior to 1900 Eastern Standard Time (EST)
and input from Reserve Headquarters System (RHS) must be received
at DFAS prior to 2100 EST.
4.  Daily updates will run every day except those days a coded
update runs or as noted below:
                    All weekend dates
                    Memorial Day - 31 May
                    Juneteenth - 19 Jun
Transactions submitted on the holidays and weekends will be
processed in the next DJMS-RC update.//
